HOW TO ORDER ONLINE & DELIVER

1. Name:
2. Contact Number:
3. Item Code and quantity: 

4. Service Preferred: Delivery (Pls specify area) or Self-collection?
5. Date required (must state if needed urgently, delivery schedule stated below, we are not responsible for late delivery)
(Reservation is not valid without any payment made)

Step 2A - DELIVERY CHARGES & OTHERS
Delivery:
From RM12 (West M'sia), RM8 (East M'sia)

Step 3 - PAYMENT
Bank Account: Maybank/ Public Bank

Step 4 - DELIVERY SCHEDULE
(Please plan your time. A surcharge will be imposed for last minutes requests.)
1. Payment must be done 1 day before the delivery date of our working day.
2. No delivery made on Saturdays, Sundays, Mondays & Public Holiday.
3. For any delivery delay and damages due to courier / post service fault, please log an official report to the post office/courier service office. We'll reimburse the damage once the report is accepted.
4. We will strictly make sure that all items are brand new, in good condition and wrapped properly before delivery is made.
5. For favors that required to be folded, we may deliver to your doorstep on hand.

Step 5 - KEEP IN TOUCH
Do check us more often for we often update new arrivals or simply add us in our Facebook.

Note: -

1) All price quoted in Ringgit Malaysia (RM).

2) All items will be delivered from Kuching, Malaysia.

3) Once your order is delivered, we will notify you via email with a tracking number.

4) Please feel free to ask any questions before you purchase the items.  Once the order is confirmed, we consider it sold and no cancellations, exchanges or refunds will not be entertained.

5) Order(s) will only be delivered upon full payment (inclusive of delivery charges)
